EMS has instructed all dental offices that purchased an AIRFLOW® Prophylaxis Master, AIRFLOW® One, or any related products through Oral Science to contact EMS customer service for any questions or concerns. As of March 8, 2024, EMS has confirmed that their clients will now receive support directly from EMS regarding integration and maintenance. Service authorization, repairs, maintenance, or troubleshooting can be addressed by emailing EMS directly.
