Wirtgen Group recently hosted its Technology Days 2024 event at Kleemann’s headquarters in Göppingen, Germany. The two-day event drew over 2,700 attendees from more than 100 countries. The focus of the event was on digitalization and sustainability, with Wirtgen Group showcasing cutting-edge machines and technologies from its various companies.

Wirtgen Group CEO Volker Knickel emphasized that innovation is a core aspect of their company, driven by the increasing demand for smarter, safer, and more sustainable solutions in global markets. To meet this demand, Wirtgen Group has invested heavily in research and development to create new products and technologies that can help customers achieve their goals.

During the event, Kleemann highlighted its latest solutions, including the new MSS 502i EVO scalping screen with an alternative, fully-electric drive option. Attendees were also given guided tours of Kleemann’s production facilities to get a closer look at their manufacturing processes. Kleemann CEO Alexander Knam emphasized the company’s focus on expanding its product portfolio to offer solutions for every application, whether in recycling or natural stone processing. To achieve this goal, Kleemann has made significant investments in production capacities, assembly, and logistics processes.
