Israel’s Devastation in Gaza: The Latest Satellite Images Show the Grim Reality

Israel has demolished entire blocks in Gaza, as shown by satellite images

The satellite images obtained by various sources, including HS and UN Unosat, show the vast destruction in Khan Junis, Gaza. In particular, the images reveal that entire blocks of buildings have been razed to the ground around Khan Junis.

After Israeli forces left Khan Junis, Palestinians who returned to the area were met with devastation. Many found that there was nothing left in the city to return to. Despite this, the Israeli army has built new roads and infrastructure during the conflict. The Netzarim Corridor, a wide road built to connect the Israeli border to the Mediterranean Sea, divides Gaza into two parts. This construction enables control of movement and transport for military purposes.

The conflict in Gaza continues, with plans to target Rafah in southern Gaza. The Israeli Prime Minister has stated intentions to eliminate terrorist groups in the city. However, despite these efforts, the ongoing devastation and construction paint a grim picture of the current situation in Gaza.

In March 2021, UN satellite analysis by Unosat confirmed substantial damage in Khan Junis and other areas of Gaza. A significant number of buildings have been destroyed across different regions of Gaza, with around 35 percent of buildings affected.

The banks of Khan Junis have vast destroyed areas while further north, new roads built by the Israeli army bisect the region. The destruction caused by Israel is evident from satellite images obtained by various sources.

Despite efforts by Palestinians and international organizations to rebuild damaged structures and improve living conditions for residents of Khan Junis and other cities in Gaza, much remains unchanged due to ongoing conflicts and military operations.

As a result of Israel’s actions against Palestine over many years now, many people are displaced from their homes or forced into refugee camps. It is essential that steps are taken towards peace negotiations between Israel and Palestine so that people can live without fear or uncertainty about their future.

In conclusion, while some progress has been made towards improving living conditions for people in Gaza through infrastructure development projects like road construction, much work remains unfinished due to ongoing conflicts between Israel and Palestine.

The continued demolition of buildings and displacement of people from their homes are clear indicators that peace negotiations are necessary before lasting stability can be achieved in this region.
