Hubbard-Hall Inc. has recently expanded its product portfolio by acquiring Prosys Finishing Technology, a leading provider of plating specialties. Randy DiSano, the former owner of Prosys, has joined the team as senior product manager. This strategic move is under Jeff Davis, SVP—Business Development and Distribution and aims to strengthen Hubbard-Hall’s commitment to full-line customer support, especially in the Northeast plating market.
As part of the acquisition, Hubbard-Hall will now distribute products from Pavco, a leading supplier of plating specialties. CEO Molly Kellogg expressed that this acquisition is a game changer for the company. She believes that Randy’s valuable customer-focused expertise and Pavco’s innovative plating chemistry along with top-tier tech service make them an ideal partner to carry forward the Prosys legacy.
Randy shared that while it was a difficult decision to sell Prosys after 25 years, he recognized the need for additional resources to continue growing. He believes that Hubbard-Hall’s strong reputation and commitment to innovation make them the ideal partner to carry forward the Prosys legacy. Randy is excited about continuing to serve customers with the same dedication and expertise as part of the Hubbard-Hall team.
The acquisition also involves consolidation of MetalChem EN product distribution in the Northeast aimed at streamlining operations and improving customer service. Furthermore, Hubbard-Hall now has rights to Prosys’s cleaning and finishing formulas, reinforcing their position in the market as leaders in innovation and customer service.
