AI is becoming increasingly popular in the workplace, and corporations are trying to find ways to integrate it into their operations. OpenAI’s ChatGPT Enterprise program has seen a surge in demand despite competition, with over 600,000 users signing up since its launch in August 2023. The COO of OpenAI, Brad Lightcap, predicts that 2024 will be “the year of adoption for AI in the enterprise” and is optimistic about the continued growth of the program.

ChatGPT Enterprise offers enhanced security, longer context windows, unlimited high-speed GPT-4 access, advanced analysis capabilities, and more. Users can also exclude data from training OpenAI. The program has been adopted by companies such as Block, Canva, Carlyle, The Estée Lauder Companies, PwC, and Zapier. Over 80% of Fortune 500 companies have teams using ChatGPT Enterprise.

OpenAI has also partnered with media organizations like Le Monde, Prisa, and Axel Springer SE to enhance journalism quality and reader experiences using ChatGPT. In addition to ChatGPT Enterprise, OpenAI has introduced new developer features such as enhancements to its fine-tuning API for more consistent style, tone, and format from fine-tuned models.
