Roby Brock, host of Talk Business & Politics, recently had the opportunity to speak with Skip Rutherford, a long-time friend and former Clinton School of Public Service Dean about the legacy of former congressman, senator, and Arkansas Gov. David Pryor. Rutherford shared memories of Pryor’s political career in Arkansas and on Capitol Hill.
