The SEC Tournament championship and a share of the regular season title have secured Tennessee’s third College World Series appearance in four years. The schedule for the first two days was announced on Monday, with the Volunteers set to face off against the Florida State Seminoles. Tennessee is the top seed and will be in a bracket with Florida State, North Carolina, and Virginia.
The first game will be on Friday, June 14, at 7 p.m. Eastern, followed by North Carolina against Virginia at 4 p.m. Both games will be broadcast live on ESPN. The winners of the Friday games will play on Sunday at 7 p.m., while the losers will play an elimination game on Sunday at 2 p.m. The winners from the two brackets will then compete in a best-of-three Men’s College World Series Finals, with games scheduled for June 22, 23, and potentially the 24 if necessary.
