Racine Business Awards Recognize Outstanding Achievements, Innovation and Community Impact

RAMAC celebrates outstanding accomplishments of member organizations at annual Business Awards

In the Racine area, the leading chamber of commerce, Racine Area Manufacturers and Commerce (RAMAC), recognized outstanding achievements and excellence among its member organizations and individuals. The annual RAMAC Business Awards dinner and celebration took place on April 25 at Roma Lodge under the theme of “Building Our Future Together”. This theme highlights the idea of working together to solve problems and make a significant impact on the local business community.

Businesses in Racine came together to celebrate their shared purpose, vision, and partnerships. RAMAC partnered with the Racine Unified School District to introduce new awards from the Academies of Racine program. The 2024 business award recipients included a diverse group of organizations and individuals who have contributed to business improvement, growth, innovation, and community support in the Racine area.

The Apollo Award for New and Innovative Business, presented by Racine County, went to Lakeview Health. The Judy Moungey Award for Youth Apprenticeship was given to Siena on the Lake. The nonprofit of the year award was received by Racine Habitat for Humanity while Lakeview Pharmacy was named small business of the year. Knapp Manufacturing, Inc., a division of Knapp Mfg. Inc., was jointly named Manufacturer of the Year.
