Dean Kassmann Named Head of Engineering and Technology Division at IonQ

IonQ, a quantum computing company headquartered in College Park, Maryland, has appointed Dean Kassmann as the senior vice president of its newly established engineering and technology division. Since joining IonQ in late 2021, Kassmann and his team have filed a total of 188 U.S. and foreign patent applications, showcasing their commitment to innovation and advancement in the field of quantum computing.
