HMD Pulse: Revolutionary New Lineup of Smartphones with Battery Life Up to 59 Hours and Self-Repair Capabilities

New HMD Pulse smartphones feature 59 hours of battery life and easy repair design

HMD has recently launched its first series of smartphones under its own brand, HMD Pulse, featuring three models that offer up to 59 hours of battery life. These devices stand out for their unique feature that allows users to repair them themselves with iFixit.

The HMD Pulse series includes the Pulse, Pulse+, and Pulse Pro models, all equipped with a Unisoc T606 processor. The devices differ in memory configurations, with the Pulse having 4GB of RAM expandable up to 6GB and 64GB of internal storage. The Pulse+ and Pulse Pro offer 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory respectively. The design of these smartphones features an elegant and modern look with a smooth back, metallic finish, and rounded corners.

The devices come in different colors, with the Pulse model available in pink and black, the Pulse+ in orange and black, and the Pulse Pro in green, purple, and black. All models have a 6.65-inch LCD screen with HD+ resolution, a refresh rate of 90Hz and brightness of 600 nits. The device stands out for its ability to repair itself through iFixit repair kits which enables users to replace damaged screens charging ports back covers or batteries with step by step guides available at iFixit’s HMD phone repair center

All models in the series are powered by a 5000mAh battery providing up to 59 hours of battery life while also featuring fast wired charging capabilities. They run on Android 14 providing two years of system updates and three years of security updates as well as connectivity options including Bluetooth
