Insights from the May 7, 2024 Holland & Knight Health Dose

Other notable developments include HHS releasing draft guidance for the Second Cycle of Medicare Drug Price Negotiation Program; FDA releasing a Laboratory Developed Test Final Rule; finalization of a DACA Health Coverage Rule; new appointments to Medicaid CHIP Payment and Access Commission (MACPAC).
