Informative and Engaging: The Good Morning Truckee Event for May
The forest health and land access is a pressing concern in the Truckee community, and the Good Morning Truckee event is an excellent opportunity to learn more about this topic. This community forum, held on the third Tuesday of every month at Truckee Town Hall from 7:45-9:15 a.m., will feature presentations from esteemed speakers who are actively shaping Truckee’s forests’ future.
John Svahn from the Truckee Donner Land Trust, Jonathon Fisher from the National Forest Service, and Stacey Caldwell from the Tahoe Truckee Community Foundation’s Forest Futures program are among the notable speakers that will be attending this event. They will share their insights and expertise on various aspects of forest health and land access in Truckee.
Good Morning Truckee provides timely, relevant information on various topics that affect our community. All are welcome to attend this event, which is free for Truckee Chamber members and $15 for non-members, including a continental breakfast and coffee donated by Mountain Brew. To register for this event, simply bring your business card in 2024. If you cannot attend in person, you can still view it later as it is recorded for public viewing.
