MU Health Care, headquartered in Columbia, is excited to announce the opening of its new and larger urgent care facility in west Jefferson City on May 30. The new location, situated in the 3500 block of West Truman Boulevard near the Fairfield Inn and Suites, will offer more space and additional services such as on-site imaging and lab draw.
To accommodate this new facility, MU Health Care has closed its urgent care on Eastland Drive. However, their Edgewood Drive urgent care in Jefferson City will remain open until May 29 to ensure a smooth transition for patients. This expansion reflects MU Health Care’s commitment to providing convenient and accessible healthcare services to the community.
The facility will operate seven days a week from 7:30 am to 7 pm, catering to patients on a walk-in basis. With this new location, MU Health Care aims to provide quicker and more efficient healthcare services to patients in west Jefferson City.
