Ride for Mental Health aims to spark conversations about teen suicide within the snowsports community while providing resources and education to athletes, parents, and coaches to recognize, manage, and alleviate the pressures associated with competitive sports. The organization works towards breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health challenges and encouraging individuals to share their experiences with empathy and understanding.

Through fundraising, workshops, and seminars, Ride for Mental Health focuses on educating and training members of the community to address mental health issues.
