Camille Balanche came in third, 3.240 seconds behind Vali, while Nina Hoffmann and Mikayla Parton rounded out the top five with times of 4:49.921 and 4:51.032 respectively.
For the Elite Men, Troy Brosnan took home first place in the semi-finals with a time of 4:14.909, just ahead of Finn Iles who finished in second with a time of 4:14.922, only +0.013 behind Troy. Loic Bruni came in third with a time of 4:14.980, +0.071 behind Troy, while Luca Shaw and Luke Meier-Smith finished fourth and fifth with times of 4:15.410 and 4:15
