Amanda Berube Becomes Part of Franklin Health Primary Care

Amanda Berube, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, recently joined the medical staff of Franklin Health Primary Care as a primary care provider. Before joining Franklin Health, Berube worked as a float pool nurse (RN) at the Veterans Administration at Togus, where she cared for acute and critical care patients.

Berube is committed to providing evidence-based care to her patients in her new role. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Excelsior University in Albany, New York, followed by a master’s degree in family nurse practitioner studies from Walden University. She is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Maine Nurse Practitioner Association, and the International Honor Society of Nursing.

As a primary care provider at Franklin Health Primary Care, Berube serves as the first point of contact for many patients when it comes to their health preservation, illness prevention, and disease management. Her focus on patient education and empowerment enables her to provide her patients with the knowledge they need to support their health journey.
