The Elite racers took to the track once again today, this time for semi-finals in the World Cup event held in Les Gets. Vali Höll continued her impressive performance, setting another fastest time in the semi-finals and taking her lead in the women’s category. Myriam Nicole came in a close second, just 1.29 seconds behind Höll, and Tahnee Seagrave finished third.
In the men’s category, Dakotah Norton also had a strong showing, winning both qualifying and semi-finals. This puts him within striking distance of his first World Cup win and an opportunity to redeem himself after narrowly missing out at Val di Sole. Amaury Pierron was unable to keep up with Norton’s pace, finishing 1.395 seconds behind. Loic Bruni made a comeback from a slower qualifying run and finished in third place, just three seconds behind Norton.
