Wisconsin and Penn State Set to Battle it Out in Highly Anticipated 2024 Homecoming Matchup

Wisconsin Football Announces Homecoming Game for 2024

The Big Ten Conference has announced that Wisconsin’s 2024 homecoming weekend will be centered on its Saturday, October 26 game against the Penn State Nittany Lions. The specific kickoff time and television channel for the game have not been released yet.

Wisconsin has already confirmed the kickoff times and television channels for four of its 2024 games, including two Friday matchups against Western Michigan in Week 1 and Minnesota in Week 14. The game against Penn State is expected to be one of the highlights of Wisconsin’s challenging schedule.

Penn State, led by Coach James Franklin, had a successful 2023 season with 10 wins and enters 2024 with high expectations. The team is currently ranked No. 7 in ESPN SP+ with the No. 23 overall offense rating and the No. 4 defense rating. If former five-star quarterback Drew Allar performs as anticipated, Penn State could be a contender for the expanded 12-team College Football Playoff.

Wisconsin opened as a 6.5-point underdog against Penn State in this highly-anticipated matchup. For further updates and coverage on Wisconsin Badgers news, follow @TheBadgersWire on X (formerly Twitter) and like their page on Facebook.
