Will Corey Davis Return to the New York Jets and Take His Skills to New Heights in the NFL?

Corey Davis in talks with Jets for potential reunion

In March, the Jets released Corey Davis, but their door is always open to him. The team is in regular contact with the wide receiver and discussing the potential of reuniting with him. According to SNY’s Connor Hughes, the Jets are interested in bringing Davis back, which would be beneficial for their wide receiving corps. Alongside Garrett Wilson and Mike Williams, Davis could provide the Jets with a strong receiving group.

Davis took a break from the NFL last August but recently applied for reinstatement, allowing him to potentially make a return to the field. The 6-foot-3 wideout spent the first four years of his career with the Tennessee Titans before signing with the Jets in 2021. During his time in New York, Davis showed promise as a valuable weapon in the offense, recording 66 receptions for 1,028 yards and six touchdowns. If he rejoins the Jets, Davis could continue to contribute positively to the team’s offense.
