VisiTech Inc, a technology public relations company founded in 1998, has been acquired by Comprise, a full-service public-relations and marketing agency. The acquisition will see the VisiTech team join Comprise, with VisiTech CEO Lisa Tafolla taking on the role of strategic business adviser.
Comprise CEO Doyle Albee expressed excitement about the acquisition, stating that VisiTech’s skills, relationships, expertise, and client base are complementary to Comprise’s existing business. The acquisition deal is structured as an asset purchase agreement with undisclosed terms and is expected to close on May 1.
In a statement, Tafolla highlighted the success of VisiTech over the years and attributed it to recognizing and hiring excellent people. She expressed her confidence in the Comprise team and emphasized that their clients will benefit from fresh energy, an expanded service offering, and excellent care from the extended team. Tafolla also pointed out that both agencies share a commitment to maintaining high ethical standards.
