Senator Joseph P. Addabbo, Jr. is hosting an interactive information session on vision and eye health in Glendale on Thursday, May 16. The session will be led by experts from the National Eye Institute who will provide participants with virtual reality viewers to experience common eye diseases firsthand.
The event is part of Addabbo’s ongoing efforts to partner with agencies and provide informative sessions for his constituents. Last month, he hosted a distracted driving awareness event that also included mixed-reality experiences. Addabbo encourages residents to attend the eye health session and learn more about caring for their eyes.
