Vikings Unveil New ‘Winter Warrior’ Uniforms for Upcoming Monday Night Game

Vikings to debut ‘Winter Warrior’ all-white alternate uniforms in Week 15

In a recent development, the Minnesota Vikings have unveiled their new alternate uniforms called “Winter Warrior.” These all-white uniforms will be worn during the team’s Week 15 Monday night game against the Chicago Bears on Dec. 16. The video showcasing the new look was posted on social media and featured players such as Justin Jefferson, Aaron Jones, Harrison Smith, and more.

The “Winter Warrior” design has been in development for two years and received positive feedback from fans. The jersey numbers are purple with a silver outline, and the nameplates are all purple, eliminating any gold from the look. Head coach Kevin O’Connell joked about wanting his own all-white warmup jumpsuit to match the players. The design has drawn comparisons to the Las Vegas Raiders’ road uniforms due to its white, silver, and black color scheme, but the purple accents are unique to the Vikings.

Although the Vikings play indoors at U.S. Bank Stadium, playing in snow with these new uniforms is an exciting prospect for players and fans alike. Fans loved the concept of an all-white helmet and influenced the team’s decision to go with this design element.
