Vikings Fullback CJ Ham’s Dual Role as NFL Player and Philanthropist

Connor McDavid Scores Against Florida Panthers

In the latest episode of Unscripted with Dawn Mitchell, Dawn talks to Vikings fullback CJ Ham. From Duluth, Ham has worked his way up in the NFL from being an undrafted free agent to a two-time Pro Bowler and two-time team captain of the Vikings.

As he enters his eighth year with the team, Ham is facing a new challenge in adapting to the changes in playing the fullback position under Kevin O’Connell’s offensive system. He discusses how he has adjusted to the new way of playing and shares his experience with the team’s multidimensional offense.

Off the field, Ham is actively involved in hosting charity events. He organizes his own football camp in Sioux Falls and hosts Adam Thielen’s celebrity softball game. Ham also supports his family’s charity, the Ham Family Scholarship Fund, by hosting events and raising awareness for their cause.
