Veteran Services to Move to Health and Human Services’ Main Building

Veteran Services in New Hanover County will be relocating to a new office at the Health and Human Services building on Greenfield Street starting from July 1st. Director Betsy Graham stated that the goal of this move is to provide better support to veterans and their eligible family members by connecting them with available resources. The new offices will be a one-stop-shop for those in need, providing top-notch services.

The current offices at the Health and Human Services Annex on 1507 Greenfield Street will offer in-person assistance until noon on Thursday, June 27th. Following this, Veteran Services will be closed for the rest of the day on June 27th and all of June 28th to facilitate the relocation process. Limited virtual assistance will be available over the phone during this transition period.

Beginning on July 1st, in-person assistance will resume at the new office location. Any tips or comments can be directed to info@localdailymedia.com.
