Verdantas Sold to Sterling Investment Partners in Landmark Middle Market Deal

Verdantas, a science, engineering, and consulting services provider based in Tampa, has recently been sold by Miami-based investment firm RTC Partners to Sterling Investment Partners. The transaction’s financial terms have not been disclosed, but the management team of Verdantas and its employees will retain significant equity stakes in the company.

RTC Partners co-founder and co-managing partner Christopher Lee expressed his appreciation for the Verdantas team in a statement.
