The ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 kicked off with a thrilling match between the United States of America (USA) and Canada at Grand Prairie Stadium in Texas. USA captain Monank Patel won the toss and chose to bowl first in the tournament opener against Canada. This is the first meeting between the two teams in an ICC World Cup event.
