Olympic men’s water polo team for the Paris Games revealed by U.S.

The US men’s water polo team has been revealed for the upcoming Olympics, with a roster of 13 players determined to win their first medal since 2008. Among the squad are veterans like Alex Bowen, Ben Hallock, Alex Obert and Luca Cupido, all heading to their third Olympic Games. Returning from Tokyo are standouts like Hannes Daube, Drew Holland, Johnny Hooper, Max Irving and Marko Vavic.

The team’s last Olympic medal was a silver in 2008 and they finished ninth at the recent world championships. However, the US women’s water polo team has just been announced and they are aiming to win a fourth consecutive Olympic gold medal – a feat that has never been achieved in Olympic water polo for either men or women. The men’s tournament is set to take place from July 28th to August 11th in Paris.
