The Junior division took to the course next, determined to outshine the Elite riders and secure their spot in the live finals. The results from the Juniors’ runs were as follows:
In the Junior Women’s category, Heather Wilson came in third place with a time of 3:40.105, trailing by 6.651 seconds. Erice Van Leuven finished in second place with a time of 3:37.452, just 0.078 seconds behind the leader. Eliana Hulsebosch took first place with a time of 3:33.454, setting the pace for her fellow competitors.
Moving on to the Junior Men’s category, Mike Huter took third place with a time of 3:09.666, just 1.412 seconds off the pace set by Till Alran, who claimed first place with a time of 3:08.254. Ryan Griffith finished in second place with a time of 3:08.605, just 0.351 seconds behind the leader and securing his spot in tomorrow’s finals alongside Alran and Huter.
