Accused Man Pleads Guilty to Business Burglaries

Jacob Iten, the other man involved in the case, remains at large and is facing multiple open cases related to burglary, theft, and drug possession. The three other charges were dismissed.

Kovacevic has been sentenced to 5 years in the Department of Corrections but will serve less than a year. He must first serve 1 year and 1 day behind bars with credit given for 137 days already spent behind bars before being released on supervised probation for 18 months.
