The Center for Child Counseling in Palm Beach Gardens is providing a solution for the difficulties that come with the teen years for both teens and their families. Teenage years can be challenging as teenagers are finding their voice and identity while also dealing with feelings of anxiety and depression. In order to help teens navigate these challenges, the Center for Child Counseling is offering social and emotional learning groups for tweens and early teens this summer.
These small groups will meet weekly for eight weeks, free of charge, and will be led by licensed and registered mental health counselors. The goal of these groups is to provide support and guidance to participants, as well as to help them build resilience and coping skills. The groups aim to reduce feelings of depression and anxiety, and to foster a sense of connectivity among participants.
If you are interested in learning more about these social and emotional learning groups for tweens and early teens, you can reach out to the Center for Child Counseling by emailing intake@centerforchildcounseling.org. These groups provide a valuable resource for teens
