United Insurance Company Streamlines Insurance Process with New Short Insurance Policy for King Fahd Causeway Drivers

Insurance for vehicles crossing the King Fahd Causeway to Bahrain is now exclusively electronic

United Insurance Company, the leading provider of mandatory insurance for vehicles and cars crossing the King Fahd Causeway towards Bahrain, has announced a new policy regarding short insurance periods. Starting from July 1st, drivers will only be able to obtain insurance for 3, 5, or 10 days exclusively through electronic channels. Previously, the shortest insurance period available at insurance booths was one month.

This move by the company is aimed at streamlining the insurance process for travelers using the causeway, ensuring a smoother and more convenient experience for all. With electronic insurance service, drivers can now obtain insurance before even reaching the King Fahd Causeway, making the process much more efficient. This policy is part of United Insurance Company’s ongoing efforts to digitize its operations and enhance customer experience.

Maysaa Al Kooheji, CEO of United Insurance Company, stated that this measure is just one of many initiatives in the company’s comprehensive digital transformation policy. The announcement of this new policy follows the introduction of the company’s new logo and visual identity in January, marking an exciting new phase of development for United Insurance Company.

The electronic insurance service allows for issuance of insurance documents and payment of fees online. This means that drivers can easily access necessary information about their coverage and make payments online without having to visit an insurance booth or fill out paperwork manually. The company aims to provide customers with easy-to-use digital tools that allow them to manage their policies quickly and efficiently.
