UFC Returns to England in July with Two Title Fights on the Menu: UFC 304 Preview

Double the Excitement on UFC 304 Poster in Manchester

The UFC is set to make a triumphant return to England in July with two highly anticipated title fights on the cards. UFC 304 will take place on July 27 at Co-op Live in Manchester, marking the promotion’s first visit to the city in nearly eight years.

The event’s official poster has been released, featuring all four headliners. In the main event, England’s Leon Edwards will defend his welterweight title against Belal Muhammad in a much-awaited rematch. Muhammad is looking to become the first Palestinian fighter to win a UFC title and will be determined to avenge his loss to Edwards in March 2021, which ended in a no contest after Muhammad was poked in the eye and unable to continue.

In the co-feature, England’s Tom Aspinall will defend his interim heavyweight title for the first time against Curtis Blaydes. Aspinall won the interim belt after a lengthy recovery from a knee injury suffered in his first fight against Blaydes, which ended in a quick TKO loss for Aspinall. With only one of his 14 wins going past the first round, Aspinall will be looking to avenge his previous loss and prove that he is truly deserving of the interim title.

The UFC 304 lineup also includes other exciting matchups such as Bobby Green vs. Paddy Pimblett, Manel Kape vs. Muhammad Mokaev, and Arnold Allen vs. Giga Chikadze, among others.
