Tulsa Tech is hosting a contest to recognize the best mascot, band, cheer squad, dance team, and fan base in the area. Last year, Jenks swept every category except for Owasso High School’s Rambo winning that. The year before, Broken Arrow took home all but one category.
Nominations are open for each category, and the top five nominees in each will advance to the voting round. The winning school will be contacted before the event takes place.
In addition to this contest, Tulsa Tech is also hosting the All-World Awards to recognize outstanding area athletes and coaches in high school sports. Sponsored by Bill Knight Automotive, this year’s event will be held on June 20 at the Cox Business Center. For more information and to submit your nominations, visit allworldawards.com.
