Former US President Donald Trump Found Guilty in Trial Regarding Stormy Daniels Affair

Former President Donald Trump has been found guilty in the first criminal trial of a former US president. The charges relate to the Stormy Daniels affair, in which Trump is accused of trying to buy the silence of the former porn actress.

Trump denies the charges and called the trial rigged, blaming the Biden administration for the verdict. After two days of deliberations, a jury unanimously found Trump guilty of all 34 crimes of falsification of accounting documents in relation to the $130,000 payment to Stormy Daniels.

The verdict does not invalidate Trump’s candidacy in the upcoming presidential election, scheduled for November 5.
