Professional golfer Grayson Murray passes away at age 30

Grayson Murray, a 30-year-old PGA Tour golfer, has passed away just one day after withdrawing from the Charles Schwab Challenge in Fort Worth, Texas. The cause of death has not been disclosed. PGA Tour commissioner Jay Monahan expressed his devastation and heartbreak over the loss of Grayson Murray in a statement released on Saturday. Murray was known as one of the best junior players in the world, having won three IMG Junior World titles consecutively from 2006 to 2008. He made his mark in professional golf at a young age, becoming the second youngest player to make the cut on the Korn Ferry Tour at 16 and participating in the 2013 U.S. Open at just 19. He had successfully navigated numerous challenges throughout his career but ultimately succumbed to them on April 17th 2023 while competing in Fort Worth tournament.
