On the Central Coast, the Pacific Coast Business Times recently published their annual survey on the top workplaces. This year’s report had a large turnout with over 1,200 employees participating in the survey. Respondents came from various types of workplaces including large international firms, small businesses and nonprofits.
The survey asked participants to rate their employers’ policies and stances on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest rating. The responses were then averaged to provide an accurate assessment of each workplace. The list was divided into two categories; Best Places to Work based on the total average score and Companies to Watch which featured businesses with fewer responses.
The high level of participation in this survey provided valuable insights into the best workplaces on the Central Coast. The full report, featuring all the recognized companies, can be accessed online for further reading.
