The Best Places to Work in Argentina rankings for 2024 have been released by Great Place to Work®, and the results are in. Cervecería Quilmes has taken the top spot among companies with over 1000 employees, followed by Accenture and Mc Donalds. In the category of companies with 251 to 1,000 employees, DHL Express has risen to first place, with Hilton and AES Servicios America following behind. For companies with up to 250 employees, LinkSolution has claimed the top spot, with BASE4 Security and Adila Fin & Pay in second and third place respectively.
The ranking is based on employee responses to a survey that assesses their workplace experiences, focusing on trust, human potential, organizational values, idea contribution, and leadership effectiveness. The latest edition of the ranking highlighted the importance of pride among employees in driving business results and talent retention.
Great Place to Work® also noted positive trends in communication, credibility, respect, and purpose among the ranked companies. However, some areas for improvement were identified such as perceptions of credibility among different hierarchies and age groups.
