Titans Safety Amani Hooker Embraces New Coaching Staff and Defensive Scheme as Team Adapts to More Aggressive Playing Style

Titans Defense Displays More Aggression, according to Amani Hooker

Despite being a longtime member of the Titans, Safety Amani Hooker is still adapting to the team’s new coaching staff and defensive scheme. With a new defensive coordinator, Dennard Wilson, on board, Hooker is learning to adjust his game and work with his less experienced teammates. However, he has noticed a significant difference in the team’s approach this offseason – it’s much more aggressive now.

The Titans have made some additions to their defense this offseason, including cornerbacks L’Jarius Sneed and Chidobe Awuzie. These players bring valuable experience to the secondary and are expected to contribute significantly to the team’s aggressive playing style. The hope is that this aggressiveness will lead to more turnovers and better field position, ultimately setting the stage for improved offensive results as well.

Hooker mentioned that the coaches are doing an excellent job of teaching when to be aggressive and when not to be. He believes that this approach will help the team play smarter and more effectively overall. While it may take some time for everyone on the defense to fully understand their roles in this new scheme, Hooker is optimistic about what he sees so far.
