Titans Inch Closer to Filling Draft Roster as T’Vondre Sweat Remains Unsigned

Titans finalize deal with third-round pick Cedric Gray

The Titans have signed all of their draft picks except for one, second-round defensive tackle T’Vondre Sweat. Cedric Gray, a third-round selection and former North Carolina linebacker, has agreed to a four-year deal with the team. During his college career, Gray played in 51 games and recorded an impressive 369 tackles, 30 tackles for loss, 8.5 sacks, five interceptions, six forced fumbles, and five fumble recoveries.

Gray will now join other linebacker options such as Jack Gibbens, Kenneth Murray, and seventh-round pick James Williams on the Titans’ roster this season. With Sweat still unsigned, the team is making progress in signing their draft picks. It remains to be seen when Sweat will come to terms with the team, but the Titans are optimistic about their chances of getting him under contract soon.
