The Tennessee Titans announced the dates for player reporting to training camp and the first practice, which will take place on July 23 and July 24 respectively. After finishing OTAs, players will have a break of over a month before training camp begins, during which they need to stay focused on staying in shape and ready for the season.

The Titans also revealed that they will be participating in joint practices with the Seattle Seahawks before their preseason Week 2 game on August 17. These joint practices are set to take place on August 14 and August 15 in Nashville before the exhibition game at Nissan Stadium. This marks the return of such sessions at Saint Thomas Sports Park since 2022. The Titans were previously scheduled to practice with the New England Patriots in 2023, but the sessions were canceled.
