The Euro 2024 last-16 game between Germany and Denmark at Dortmund’s Westfalenstadion was halted in the 36th minute due to a sudden flash of lightning. As the players left the pitch, lightning continued to flash in the sky, creating dangerous conditions due to a huge thunderstorm.
