The Professional Bull Riders (PBR) World Finals are coming to DFW this weekend, promising a thrilling action-packed experience for sports enthusiasts. The event will take place at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, where the PBR moved its top competition from Las Vegas two years ago.

On Friday night at 7:45 p.m., Kid Rock’s Rock N Rodeo will kick off the weekend with a team format rodeo competition. World Champions will be competing under the guidance of renowned coaches for a chance to win a share of the $1 million prize, and entertainment icon Kid Rock will perform live at the event.

The main event, the Championship, will take place on May 18 and 19, where each of the 25 riders will attempt to ride two bulls each night. The event promises intense competition and thrilling action.

NBC 5’s Alanna Quillen interviewed Linsay Rosser Sumpter, Commissioner of Women’s Rodeo World Championship, who shared details about the event. A championship ticket includes access to Cole Hauser’s Ultimate Tailgate Party, which will be held on Saturday at 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., featuring Yellowstone star Cole Hauser for a unique celebration.

Local fans can cheer for rising bull riding star John Crimber from Decatur, who has had an impressive season so far and is aiming to become the youngest World Champion in PBR history.

The PBR Finals competitions promise to crown not only the 2024 PBR World Champion but also the 2024 World Finals event winner, 2024 World Champion Bull, and more accolades that make this an unforgettable experience for all involved in this western sports competition.
