The 17th annual Sports Business Awards will take place tonight at the Marriott Marquis Times Square in New York. This year, the event will feature 90 nominees across 16 categories, recognizing excellence in the sports business world over the past year.
One of the highlights of the evening will be the presentation of the Lifetime Achievement Award to Arthur M. Blank, who owns both the Falcons and Atlanta United. Additionally, the McLendon Foundation will receive the Celebration of Service Award for their contributions to sports and community development.
The night will conclude with a special presentation: The Executive of the Year award. The nominees for this prestigious honor include Jessica Berman from NWSL, Josh Harris from Commanders and Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment, Jorge Mas from Inter Miami CF, Rob Manfred from MLB, Mark Walter from Dodgers and Guggenheim Partners, and Brett Yormark from Big 12.
