Teens can Stay Active and Healthy this Summer with Planet Fitness’ High School Summer Pass Program!

Teenagers can enjoy free access to Planet Fitness from June 1 to August 31.

Planet Fitness is once again offering its High School Summer Pass program to teens ages 14 to 19. This program will run from June 1 through August 31, allowing teens to work out for free at any of Planet Fitness’ locations. To sign up for the program, teens can visit the Planet Fitness Summer Pass website. Those under 18 must register with a parent or guardian either online or in-club.

The High School Summer Pass program is aimed at encouraging teens to prioritize their physical and mental health. It provides an opportunity for teens to stay active during the summer break when many extracurricular activities are on hold. Studies have shown that physical activity can help protect children and adolescents against developing mental health issues like depression, anxiety, and attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder.

Planet Fitness is proud to support today’s youth by offering free access to fitness during a critical time in their lives. With locations throughout the U.S. and Canada, Planet Fitness is committed to investing in the health and wellness of teens. The High School Summer Pass participants will not only have free access to fitness training and workouts but also receive support in their health and wellness journeys.

Research has shown that many teens do not meet the recommended amount of daily physical activity. Through the High School Summer Pass program, Planet Fitness aims to address this issue and help teens stay active and healthy. Teens can also access free workouts designed specifically for high schoolers via the Planet Fitness App.
