Survivors of Cau Giay District Fire Discharged from Hospital, Three Remain in Critical Condition

Three victims of the Trung Kinh house fire released from hospital, one in critical condition

An elderly woman who was hospitalized after being rescued from a house fire in Trung Kinh has been discharged from the Transport Hospital. Meanwhile, three other patients, including an 84-year-old woman, remain in critical condition at the Poison Control Center at Bach Mai Hospital.

The mother and two children who were also rescued from the fire were discharged from the hospital. Doctor Bui Sy Tuan Anh, Director of the Transport Hospital, stated that the mother and child were in stable health and were able to leave the hospital.

The remaining three serious patients are undergoing treatment for symptoms of poisoning and respiratory issues. The husband and wife are on oxygen and are able to communicate with medical staff. They are receiving intensive treatment for their injuries.

The fire, which occurred at 0:30 on May 24 at two houses in Cau Giay district, resulted in the death of 14 people. The survivors are receiving medical attention and treatment for their injuries while authorities continue to investigate the cause of the tragic fire.
