Summer Break for Denver Broncos, But Quarterbacks Stay Focused on their Goals

Broncos quarterbacks prepare for training camp with continued hard work

The Denver Broncos have wrapped up their organized team activities on June 12, giving their players a break of over a month before training camp begins. During this time, the coaching staff trusts the players to use their downtime responsibly and wisely. While it is essential to take some time off and rest, they are expected to be fully focused and ready when camp starts in late July.

Despite the break, the Broncos’ quarterbacks, including Jarrett Stidham, Bo Nix, and Zach Wilson, will continue to work during the weeks leading up to camp. They plan to meet up with receivers in Dallas next month to ensure they stay sharp and in shape for the upcoming season.

Coach Sean Payton expressed confidence that the players would stay active and maintain their fitness during the break. He mentioned that the quarterbacks and receivers have plans to work out together after the 4th of July and dedicate time to studying the playbook and film. This dedication is critical for their success as their progress is not only monitored during team activities but also when they are not together as a team.

Even though the players are on summer break, they understand that the work never truly stops in the NFL. The quarterbacks and their teammates are committed to being prepared and ready to hit the ground running once training camp kicks off in July. They are determined to make the most of their time off while staying focused on their goals for the upcoming season.
