Kaman and Textron Systems team up to enhance Kargo UAV technology

Kaman and Textron Systems have recently formed a strategic alliance agreement to collaborate on opportunities and critical technologies for Kaman’s Kargo UAV. This partnership will help the team maintain pace as they move towards productionizing and scaling the Kargo UAV, according to Romin Dasmalchi, general manager of Kargo UAV.

Dasmalchi expressed excitement about the agreement, stating that collaborating with Textron Systems, a team with a deep bench of knowledge and experience, is a great opportunity. Wayne Prender, senior vice president of Air Systems at Textron Systems, also emphasized the benefits of the collaboration. He expressed eagerness to support the critical capability that Kaman is bringing with their Kargo UAV.
