Stockport Signs 21-Year-Old Jayden Fevrier from Colchester: A Move that Could Secure Promotion in EFL League Two

Stockport officially announce the signing of Fevrier from Colchester

Stockport County has signed 21-year-old winger Jayden Fevrier from Colchester United for an undisclosed fee. The player, who was a product of West Ham United’s academy, has agreed to a three-year deal with a club option for an additional year. Fevrier scored four goals in 44 league games last season and played a crucial role in helping Colchester maintain their EFL status.

Stockport manager Dave Challinor expressed his excitement about bringing Fevrier to the football club, stating that they had been interested in his profile last summer but were unable to secure the right player at that time. Now, Fevrier is seen as the right fit for the team, as a young player who has the potential for improvement and who will be a valuable asset to the club.

Fevrier is Stockport’s second summer signing, following the arrival of his former Colchester team-mate Jay Mingi. The additions of Fevrier and Mingi demonstrate Stockport’s commitment to strengthening their squad for the upcoming season and their ambition to achieve success in the league. The club will be looking to build on their previous performances and aim for further progress with the help of these new signings.
