SSM Health is set to expand its presence in St. Louis by opening a new facility in the Streets of Caledonia in O’Fallon, Missouri. The 66,000 square-foot facility is expected to be completed by October 2024, making it the first freestanding location along the 64/40 corridor in the western part of St. Louis for SSM Health.

The new location will offer a wide range of clinical services, including pediatrics, primary care, urgent care, and specialty services such as ENT, psychology, dermatology, cardiology, GI, neurology, urology, and dental services. The facility will also have a full imaging center and a retail pharmacy.

Dr. Kristy Haggett, Chief Medical Officer and Vice President of Medical Affairs for SSM Health St. Jospeh Hospital in St. Charles and Wentzville stresses the importance of expanding healthcare services in St. Charles County, one of the fastest-growing counties in Missouri. The new facility aims to meet the increased demand for healthcare services close to home and provide easy access off the highway for St. Charles County residents without leaving their community.

SSM Health’s commitment to providing safe, high-quality affordable healthcare services to its communities is emphasized by Haggett who stresses that this investment will help support the growth and well-being of the local population
