Sports, Media and Entertainment: City National Bank’s Summit Returns with a Star-Studded Lineup

Chase Griffin and Paige Bueckers to Participate in Sports & Entertainment Summit

The Sports & Entertainment Summit presented by City National Bank is set to return for its second annual event on July 12 in Los Angeles. With a fresh lineup of speakers, Variety and Sportico have announced the additional programming that will be featured at the summit.

Joining the roster of speakers are UCLA QB and two-time NIL athlete of the year Chase Griffin, 2024 Paralympic track and field athlete Ezra Frech, NCAA women’s basketball champion Ashlyn Watkins, Jay Williams, chairman and co-founder of Improbable Media and ESPN analyst, Paige Bueckers, UConn women’s basketball player, Lindsay Kagawa Colas, EVP of talent at The Collective, Todd Burach, SVP, team leader, and head of sports and family office banking at City National Bank.

During the summit, Paige Bueckers will engage in a conversation with Lindsay Kagawa Colas about how they collaborate to grow her career both on and off the court. Jay Williams will share his vision for Improbable Media with moderator Todd Burach. Chase Griffin and Ezra Frech will join “The Athlete and Fan” panel while Ashlyn Watkins will participate in a panel exploring the increasing viewership opportunities for women athletes in sports.

The Future of Watching Live Sports panel featuring David Eilenberg from Roku Media will also be held at the summit alongside other panelists like Craig Barry from Turner Sports, Charlie Neiman from Prime Video, Burke Magnus from ESPN, Lori Conkling from YouTube
